All our fire pits, pizza ovens and outdoor kitchens are made by hand in our Monmouthshire workshop so please consider our current delivery time when placing your order.

Fire pits, pizza ovens and outdoor kitchens – within 2 weeks from the date of your order.

Indian fire bowls – within 5 days from the date of order.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Delivery charges range from £7.50 – £49.00 depending on the item you have ordered. Generally, larger fire pits will be delivered on a pallet, and accessories and most smaller fire pits will be sent by courier in a box. Exact delivery costs are listed on the delivery tab of each product.

Delivery Elsewhere

For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or overseas* please call us on 01873 840777 or email us at [email protected].

*Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to deliver some of our products overseas.

Special Occasions

If you need your order for a special occasion please call us before you place it to make sure we can meet your date.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You must return it unused and in its original packaging.

If your purchase was faulty we will of course replace it at our own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
